Schueco ASS 70.HI is a high-insulation, lift-and-slide system which fulfils even the more stringent requirements of the energy saving regulations. The Schueco ASS 70.HI lift-and-slide system provides easy, quiet access to balconies, patios and conservatories. Since the sliding leaves run on one level, there are no door leaves opening inward or outward. This provides you with more space for your interior.

With its narrow profile face widths and large glass areas, the Schueco ASS 70.HI system is ideal for restaurants, hotels, office buildings and high-quality residential buildings. The sliding door designs can be adapted to suit individual customer requirements by means of sash bars, feature glazing beads and stainless steel fittings.

Low Emission Glass

Thermal protection is the basic task of glazing units designed for windows. Thanks to our partnership with suppliers, resulting in development of new glass coats, PRESS GLASS is able to offer glass panes with even lower heat transfer coefficient Ug= 0,4 W/m2K. This value is close to the value of heat transfer coefficient of walls. Cold feet near the window are in the past.


Warm Edges Glazed Units 

It should be emphasised that the actual effect of a thermal bridge on the edges of glass units mounted in windows depends on the type of spacer bar, heat insulation of the central part of the glass unit and the depth of the pane seating in profile and the coefficient of heat penetration Uf of profile. Together with the increase in seating depth of the pane the proportion of heat loss of windows through the edge is reduced and minimises the possibility of the occurrence of water vapour.



Safety & Security Glass

Safety glass protects against injury at breakage, making it less possible to break the glass when lamming a door or window.

Schueco Ventilation System VentoFrame

In many buildings, especially in residential properties, the exchange of air through infiltration – i.e. leaks in the building from joints, for example – is not enough to supply the building and its users with sufficient fresh air without human intervention. In such cases, a ventilation concept must be created in accordance with DIN 1946-6 to ensure high ambient air quality. Here Schueco offers Schueco VentoFrame, a tested system for self-regulating window ventilators which is installed almost fully concealed in the outer frame and is designed for the narrowest of face widths.

With its highly adjustable volume flow, this efficient ventilation solution provides a steady, adequate supply of fresh air without intervention from the user, i.e. without opening the windows. Thanks to a self-regulating ventilation flap, the Schueco VentoFrame reacts independently to changes in wind pressure and thus ensures a controlled exchange of air without draughts.

The ventilation concept is flexible and can easily be converted by means of the number of ventilation cartridges used. There is also an option to manually regulate the air supply using the design profile by choosing one of 5 settings.

Schueco VentoFrame impresses as an interesting creative and cost-effective solution for newbuilds and renovations and can also be used in office and commercial buildings in accordance with DIN EN 13779.
